Abstract

Conflict is a social phenomenon that always occurs in every aspect of life, both at the micro and macro levels. The classical view tends to see conflict in organizations as a process of conflict that tends to harm the organization. This article seeks to see the other side of conflict as a trigger for change in organizations. Conflict is expected to be an input for the organization in anticipating the change process in the short, medium and long term.
