Abstract

This research aims to explain how big influence discipline work to performance employee, compensation to performance employees, competence to performance employees, and environment work to performance employees, as well as on together discipline employment, compensation, competence, and environment work to performance
employees. Sample in this research totaling 100 people respondents bank employees around Jakarta center. Data collection using research intruments in the form questionnaire. Tool analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS), PLS is a model equation Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based component or variants. The result of statistic test shows that there is influence of competence to employee performance equal to (0.271) or%, with P Values / Sig (0.024) The effect of compensation on employee performance is (0.199) or%, with P Values / Sig (0.007). The influence of work discipline of employee performance is not significant and not significant because its influence value is (0.027) or 2.7%, with P Values / Sig (0.758). Influence environment work to performance employees amount of (0.390), or % by level P Values / Sig 0.000. and on together discipline employment, compensation, competence, and environment work to performance employees is (0427) or 42.7%.
