THE EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP STYLE BASED ON INTELLECTUAL EMOTIONAL SPIRITUAL QUOTIENT (IESQ) ON WORK MOTIVATION AT POLSEK CADASARI PANDEGLANG

Abstract

The goal research is to descriptive about the influence of Leadership Intelectual Emotional Spiritual Quotient (IESQ) Style to job Motivation at Police Office Sektor Cadasari. Deskriptive methode was used on this research. Description, analysis and some data clasification is goal of that methode. The data was taken form survey technique and questioner, than continue to analysis level, and interpretation of datas was processed by statistic technique also. The analysis use simple linear correlation and also simple linear regression. Based on the result of coefisien pearson correlation (r) is 0,943. Its mean there are have middle strong relation between Leadership Intelectual Emotional Spiritual Quotient (IESQ) Style of Work Motivation. Score of determinant coefficient is 89% means that IESQ leadership style might explained work motivation size 89%. And the result of linear regression between IESQ leaderhip style of work motivation is Y = 6,248 + 0,856X showed that IESQ giving an influence size 85,60% and 14,40% was influence by another
factors were not mentioned of the research just like organization culture, organization commitment, and many more.
Hypothesis test result are t account compare with t tabel is 13,941 > 1,108 its mean (t account > t table). Or hypothesis from researcher is receive, it mean “There are significant influence between Leadership Intelectual Emotional Spiritual Quotient (IESQ) Style Job Motivation at Police office Sektor Cadasari Pandeglang”.
