OPTIMALISASI ISO 9001:2015 UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEUNGGULAN BERSAING UMKM

Abstrak

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in the national economy, contributing to economic growth, employment, and the distribution of development outcomes. Despite contributing 61.9% to Indonesia's total GDP, the competitiveness of MSMEs is measured with a score below 4 out of 10. This research aims to explore the relationship between the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 and the competitiveness of MSMEs, with a mediating variable in the form of product competitiveness. This conceptual paper analyzes ISO 9001:2015, the product competitiveness of MSMEs, and relevant literature to anticipate the potential impact of ISO 9001:2015 on product competitiveness and MSME competitiveness. The research involves empirical analysis to test hypotheses.
