The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Analyzed with data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity testing is done through triangulation, membercheck, and ethical consideration. The focus of this research is on the Implementation of the Sustainable Food Yard Program (P2L) in Curug District, Serang City, Banten Province. The results showed that the implementation of the Sustainable Food Yard (P2L) program in Curug District is still not running optimally. This is because there are still some shortcomings and obstacles that occur such as the lack of program assistants, the cessation of planting activities in some KWT, the decline in member activeness, the availability of minimal facilities and infrastructure, poor land loan agreements, inadequate cash availability. Therefore, the Sustainable Food Yard program in Curug District, Serang City requires improvement and this is done by collaborating between various parties, both DKP3, extension workers at BPP, and KWT as program beneficiaries, so that the implementation of KWT can run well.
ifda roflianti, Suwaib Amirudin, Tiwi Rizkiyani Copyright (c) 2025 NIAGARA Scientific Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://kampus.stiabanten.ac.id/ojs/index.php/niagara/article/view/218 Fri, 11 Jul 2025 00:00:00 +0000 EVALUASI PROGRAM PRAKTISI MENGAJAR TAHUN 2024 DI SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU ADMINISTRASI BANTEN http://kampus.stiabanten.ac.id/ojs/index.php/niagara/article/view/224
The Teaching Practitioner Program is part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka program of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. The program is designed and managed jointly (collaboration) between Lecturers and Practitioners, so that students can obtain holistic learning that connects theory with field practice in order to master competencies, be better prepared to enter the world of work, and become future leaders in various career choices according to their respective interests and potentials. The purpose of the Evaluation of the Teaching Practitioner Program at the Banten College of Administrative Sciences with the CIPP Model has a rationale to ensure that higher education not only produces knowledgeable graduates, but also highly competent, relevant to industry demands and ready to contribute to the world of work. The ultimate goal of the teaching practitioner program, namely: 1) reducing the gap between the skills of college graduates and industry needs; 2) increasing the competitiveness of graduates in the global labor market; 3) building an adaptive and collaborative education ecosystem between the world of education and industry; and 4) providing students with direct insight into real challenges in the world of work and the latest emerging technologies. The results of the evaluation of the teaching practitioner program with the CIPP Evaluation Model, namely: (1) the results of the context evaluation show that program participants are able to understand the objectives of the teaching practitioner program with an assessment of 79% (very effective); (2) the results of the input evaluation show that the input aspect of the teaching practitioner program on the STIA Banten campus is assessed at 74% (very effective); (3) the results of the process evaluation show that the implementation dimension of the teaching practitioner program at STIA Banten is running at 71% (very effective); and (4) the results of the product evaluation show that the implications of the product are the fulfillment of the main performance indicator achievements (data indicators required in IKU 4: teaching practitioners on campus consist of data on educational history, certification, and work experience. and IKU Indicator 7: collaborative and participatory classes, related data attributes consist of courses and standards) at STIA Banten with an average indicator achievement of 76% (very effective).
Trisna Sonjaya, Ihin Solihin, Reni Tania, Nopi Andayani Copyright (c) 2025 NIAGARA Scientific Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://kampus.stiabanten.ac.id/ojs/index.php/niagara/article/view/224 Fri, 11 Jul 2025 00:00:00 +0000 DISCIPLINE OF VILLAGE APPARATUS IN VILLAGE GOVERNMENT IMPLEMENTATION (Study in Lebak Regency, Banten Province) http://kampus.stiabanten.ac.id/ojs/index.php/niagara/article/view/225
This writing starts from problems that indicate the low level of discipline of village officials in administering village government in Lebak Regency, Banten Province. The aim of this research is to gain an in-depth understanding of the factors causing low discipline in village officials. The reference used is the opinion of Sutrisno (2010: 89-92) which states that the factors that cause work discipline are compensation, leadership example, definite rules that can be used as a guide, leadership courage in taking action, management supervision, attention to employees and habits. - habits that support the establishment of discipline. The results of the research concluded that the low level of discipline of village officials in Lebak Regency, Banten Province was caused by a compensation system that was not yet performance-based, a lack of exemplary leadership, the absence of technical and operational regulations that could be used as a guide, a lack of leadership courage in taking action, a lack of leadership supervision, There is not yet full attention to village officials and there is not yet a strong organizational culture that supports the upholding of discipline.

Key words: discipline, government, village.
Rusito Rusito Copyright (c) 2025 NIAGARA Scientific Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://kampus.stiabanten.ac.id/ojs/index.php/niagara/article/view/225 Fri, 11 Jul 2025 00:00:00 +0000 a PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN DI PT FREYJA TELEMA KONSTRUKSINDO TANGERANG SELATAN http://kampus.stiabanten.ac.id/ojs/index.php/niagara/article/view/226
This study aims to find out whether there is an influence of workload and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. This study adopts a quantitative approach, with the method of selecting respondents using purposive sampling technique. A total of 204 respondents were collected as a representative sample. Primary data was obtained through questionnaire distribution and analysed using multiple linear regression method. The results of the analysis show that both tax administration reform and tax knowledge have a significant influence on the level of WPOP compliance, both separately (partial) and together (simultaneous). Interestingly, tax knowledge has a greater contribution than administrative reform, indicating that adequate understanding of the tax system is more effective in shaping compliance behaviour than system changes alone. The regression equation obtained in this study: Y = -30.222 + 0.650X1 + 0.907X2, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 52.5%, meaning that more than half of the variation in taxpayer compliance can be explained by the two variables. This finding strengthens the argument that the success of fiscal policy relies heavily on the integration between structural reforms in tax administration and the improvement of people's tax literacy capacity. Both are important foundations in encouraging voluntary and sustainable compliance.
Kevin Adiyatma, Juliannes Cadith Copyright (c) 2025 NIAGARA Scientific Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://kampus.stiabanten.ac.id/ojs/index.php/niagara/article/view/252 Fri, 11 Jul 2025 00:00:00 +0000 DAMPAK SOSIAL EKONOMI CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) PT.
